High Times announced this new event - High Times Taste Of Cannabis Presented With Magnolia Oakland - only a few weeks before it is to take place.
Organizers describe this gathering in Oakland as consisting of the, "best edibles, tinctures and cannabis cooking infusions in California."
It is to include work shops, live demos and plenty of sampling from over 40 merchants.
Unlike the open cannabis freedoms enjoyed in Amsterdam Holland, this 'Taste of Cannabis' event requies guests to posses a valid California medical card in order to attend. Unfortunately such limitations are the norm for most US-based Cannabis Cups and related events, despite the growing legality of cannabis.
