5) TOUR CONDITIONS

Passports |
US citizens require a valid passport for entry into Amsterdam Holland. US Passports may not expire at least 60 days AFTER the end of your trip. Obtaining a valid passport is the sole responsibility of the tour participant. Non-US citizens are solely responsible for arranging all needed entry documents, such as visas. |

Package |
The tour package for each trip includes: round-trip air to Amsterdam Holland, six-nights hotel, airport-hotel transfers, Amsterdam orientation, guided walking tours, and Amsterdam Coupon Book (Free canal boat cruise, museums, etc). Tour packages or any of its elements are non-transferable. Tour Package includes modest, typical European hotel room with private toilet and shower. Upgrade to 4-star hotel available. Individuals traveling alone receive a single room. Groups of 2 or 3 persons traveling together receive a double or triple room. Travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by adult.
Travelers may receive airline and hotel confirmation as late as the week of departure, as we utilize openings made available from last minute cancellations. |

The cost of the travel package is the amount calculated in section 3 of this form above. This Registration form and payment for total cost of trip are due at time of booking. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Cancellations |
Cancellations by individuals who have signed up for a trip is a very costly process, regardless of the reason for canceling. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS. (Sorry, but policies of airline and hotel companies force such measures).

Amsterdam Trips, LLC, has made all arrangements for services furnished in connection with the tour package. Amsterdam Trips, LLC, shall provide the tour member with the services as described here, except to the extent that such services cannot be supplied due to delays, overbooking, or other causes beyond the control of Amsterdam Trips, LLC. In this case, Amsterdam Trips, LLC, will make every effort to supply comparable services. Amsterdam Trips, LLC, reserves the right to alter program items or modify itineraries at any time and without notice. |
